Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads independently as well as handling company-provided leads. The role includes arranging client meetings, visiting clients, and closing B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate B2B leads through networking, references, and online platforms and convert into sale by arranging meeting and visiting client office

· Handle and follow up on leads provided by the company

· Visit clients and explain company services professionally

· Arrange and attend client meetings

· Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions

· Close B2B deals and achieve assigned targets

· Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

· Update lead and meeting details in CRM

· Coordinate with internal teams after deal closure

· Represent the company professionally in the market

Skills Required

· Good communication and convincing skills

· Confidence in client meetings

· Willingness to client visit

· Ability to generate leads

· Understanding of B2B sales

· Discipline in follow-ups and reporting

Eligibility

· Graduate in any stream (preferred)

· Experienced candidates can apply

· Must have good communication skills

· Willing to do client visits

· Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation is a plus

· Comfortable with targets and follow-ups

· Should be confident, presentable, and self-motivated
