1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development.
Experience in Building Materials, Sanitaryware, Plumbing Products, Pipes & Fittings, or related industries will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in dealer, distributor sales will have an added advantage.
Strong experience in lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, quotation preparation, negotiation, order closing, and payment follow-up.
Good knowledge of the local market and strong customer relationship management skills.
Identify and approach potential business clients, dealers, distributors.
Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email, networking, references, and market visits.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up to close sales.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
Conduct regular client meetings and product presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding orders, samples, deliveries, and payments.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market developments.
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
