Store Management & Coverage
· Handle and support 16–17 assigned stores located near the executive’s residential area, irrespective of AMO territory.
· Ensure every assigned store is visited at least once every month.
· Provide special focus and strategic support to:
o Diamond Stores
o Loss-making Stores
2. Health Camp Execution
· Conduct branch health camps at every loss-making store twice every month.
· Camp timing: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
· Coordinate with store teams and vendors for smooth execution.
· Ensure customer participation and engagement during camps.
3. Customer Database Creation
· Ensure customer IDs are generated for all health camp participants.
· Mark and maintain records of “Camp Customers” in the database.
· Coordinate for Thank You SMS communication to customers wherever applicable.
4. Doctor Relationship Management
· Meet doctors practicing in and around assigned store locations.
· Target: Meet 10 doctors per store every month.
· Share company brochures and communicate Frank Ross Pharmacy offerings and services.
· Develop long-term professional relationships with healthcare practitioners.
5. Outdoor & Community Marketing
· Plan and execute health camps and promotional activities at:
o Corporate offices
o Government offices
o Residential apartments
o Clubs
o Local community areas (Paras)
· Target: Minimum 4 external health camps/events per month.
· Generate leads and increase app registrations and store footfall through local activations.
