MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred
Project Management certification (PMP) is a must
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage full lifecycle ERP implementations (Requirements → Design → Development → Testing → Go-Live → Support)
Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports
Coordinate functional, technical, and data migration teams
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
Manage change requests, risks, and issue resolution effectively
