o Share brochures, catalogues, and samples as required.
3. Build and Maintain Client Relationships
o Follow up with clients regularly to understand their requirements.

4. Generate Sales Leads and Convert Them Into Orders
o Create interest among clients and motivate them to place purchase orders.
o Negotiate terms within company guidelines to close deals.
5. Prepare and Share Quotations
o Draft and send quotations as per client enquiries.
o Follow up to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
6. Coordinate with Internal Departments
o Share confirmed orders with the operations/dispatch team.
o Ensure smooth delivery and timely execution of orders.
7. Maintain Records of Client Communication
o Update CRM/software/Excel with call logs, enquiries, follow-ups, and order
status.
o Keep management informed of progress.
8. Achieve Monthly Sales Targets
o Work towards achieving individual and company-defined targets.
o Monitor personal performance and report progress regularly.
9. Attend Meetings and Provide Market Feedback
o Participate in internal meetings and provide updates.

10. Handle After-Sales Support
