About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).

• Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, references, and events.

• Promote company products/services to potential clients.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversions.

• Manage social media promotions, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Organize marketing events, site visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and share updates with management.

• Maintain customer database and follow-up records.

Requirements

For Freshers

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and digital platforms.

• Willingness to travel for field marketing activities.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Candidates

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

• Proven experience in lead generation and client handling.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and branding activities.

• Good negotiation and presentation skills.

• Ability to achieve targets and work independently.
