Conduct community outreach, mobilization drives, and awareness campaigns to promote the EV Skilling Program.
Identify and engage potential candidates through field visits, partnerships with local institutions, and networking with community groups.
Conduct counseling sessions for prospective candidates and their families to explain program benefits, eligibility, and career opportunities.
Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates to ensure timely enrollment and participation.
Coordinate with the training team to plan and execute enrollment activities and orientation sessions.
Maintain accurate data on outreach activities, leads, enrollments, and conversion rates.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets as per program goals.
Support placement and post-training follow-ups where required.
Represent the organization professionally in community events, job fairs, and meetings.
