Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google and Meta Ads to manage, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate must have agency experience and a strong background in lead generation, e-commerce, and performance maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

• Experience in Lead generation & e-commerce campaigns

• Experience managing International client projects

  Job Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing

• Proven experience with:

• Google Ads: Search, Display, YouTube

• Meta Ads: Facebook & Instagram

Mandatory: Worked or currently working with a Digital Marketing Agency.

Strong experience in:

• Lead Generation campaigns

• E-commerce campaigns

• Performance optimization

  Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.

• Know how to generate leads and e-commerce.
