Key Responsibilities -
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta platforms
- Develop and manage campaign creatives, including ad copies and visual concepts
- Take ownership of campaign ideation and execution from planning to launch
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with internal teams for creative development and content alignment
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI
Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates in digital marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications -
Proven experience running campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, and optimization techniques
- Experience in creating and managing ad creatives
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and improve performance
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus
