Company Overview

Country Holidays Travel is a travel company offering customized holiday packages and vacation experiences across India and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote holiday packages and travel memberships in malls, events, and public places

• Approach and engage walk-in customers to explain company services and offers

• Generate leads by collecting customer details (name, contact number, travel preferences, etc.)

• Maintain accurate daily records of client interactions and data collected

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions

• Set up and manage promotional kiosks or stalls in malls

• Distribute brochures, vouchers, and promotional materials

• Represent the brand professionally and create a positive first impression

• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets

Client Data & Reporting Duties

• Fill customer information forms (digital or manual) during interactions

• Track number of people approached vs. interested leads

• Submit daily activity reports to the manager

• Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicate or incorrect entries

• Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, presentable, and energetic personality

• Ability to approach strangers and start conversations

• Basic knowledge of travel destinations (training will be provided)

• Willingness to work in malls, events, and on rotational shifts
