1. ME must report to the station as per the allocated shift time daily.
2. Greet every customer (Good Morning/Good Afternoon/Good Evening).
3. ME must start collecting customer data (Manual/Application) for every customer.
4. Provide appropriate customer service at the station whenever required.
5. Capture the transactions using the application (ISPL Customer Loyalty Program application).
6. Try and up sale to improve sales from the station.
