About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate projects, site visit management, lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing activities to drive property sales.

Key Responsibilities-:

• Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective buyers and investors.

• Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and investment opportunities to clients.

• Manage customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

• Support sales teams in lead nurturing and conversion activities.

• Execute marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

• Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly marketing reports.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

• Build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local influencers.

Required Skills -:

• Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and plotted developments.

• Experience in organizing and managing site visits.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Understanding of real estate sales processes and customer journey.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media promotions, and lead management.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Qualifications -:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing.

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.

Preferred Candidate Profile -:

✔ Experience in real estate project marketing.

✔ Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.

✔ Familiarity with Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, and surrounding real estate markets.

✔ Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
