Glow Veda Clinic is a premium Ayurvedic skin and hair care center offering holistic treatments for stress, hair fall, skin glow, detox, and overall wellness. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Executive to lead our brand awareness and footfall generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Conversion: Drive walk-ins to consultations and convert leads to paying clients through strong follow-ups and communication.
• Local Marketing: Visit nearby offices, apartments, gyms, and companies regularly to promote services and build awareness.
• Campaigns & Offers: Plan and execute local promotions, tie-ups, seasonal offers, and referral programs to attract new clients.
• Brand Building: Improve Glow Veda’s local brand visibility through offline branding, community engagement, and feedback strategies.
• Digital Coordination: Work with the digital team to ensure campaigns are well-aligned and reflect on-ground insights.
• Upselling & Retention: Suggest treatment packages, upsell add-on services, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Reporting: Track campaign results, leads, conversions, and provide weekly performance updates.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in local/offline marketing, preferably in wellness, beauty, or healthcare industry.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + local language).
• Creative thinking and initiative to plan local events, tie-ups, or activations.
• Basic knowledge of branding and promotions.
• Energetic personality, with a field-first approach.
