The Healthcare Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing patient footfall, developing referral networks, organising eye-screening camps, establishing corporate and institutional tie-ups, and promoting the hospital’s clinical services across Bhandup and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement field-marketing plans to increase hospital visibility and patient footfall.

• Visit general physicians, specialists, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and diagnostic centres to develop referral relationships.

• Establish tie-ups with companies, schools, colleges, housing societies, NGOs, insurance offices and government organisations.

• Identify opportunities and coordinate corporate and community eye-screening camps.

• Manage camp planning, permissions, logistics, promotional materials, patient counselling and post-camp follow-up.

• Counsel patients regarding hospital services and encourage appropriate hospital visits and follow-up consultations.

• Promote cataract, glaucoma, retina, cornea, paediatric ophthalmology, dry-eye, LASIK and other eye-care services.

• Support insurance, cashless, CSR and institutional empanelment initiatives.

• Coordinate with doctors, optometrists, reception, insurance and management teams for marketing activities.

• Support social-media promotions, Google Business Profile activities, WhatsApp campaigns and local advertising.

• Maintain records of leads, referrals, visits, camps, conversions and marketing expenses.

• Submit daily activity reports and weekly/monthly performance reports to management.

• Monitor competitors, local healthcare trends and potential areas for business development.

• Ensure that all promotional communication is accurate, ethical and approved by hospital management.

Key Performance Indicators

• Number of field visits and referral partners developed.

• Number of corporate and institutional tie-ups.

• Number of camps organised and patients screened.

• Camp-to-hospital patient conversion rate.

• Referral-generated OPD visits and surgical conversions.

• Growth in patient footfall and revenue from assigned areas.

• Timely submission of marketing reports and lead follow-ups.
