About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid and organic marketing,

SEO, and performance-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and

optimizing marketing activities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities-

Paid Marketing

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, and key KPIs.

• Work with internal teams to align paid campaigns with business goals.

Organic Marketing

• Drive organic acquisition through content, social media, and brand visibility strategies.

• Collaborate with design/content teams for creatives and marketing assets.

SEO Management

• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page/off-page SEO activities.

• Improve website ranking, traffic, and search visibility.

• Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console,

SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.

Campaign Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Analyze data and recommend strategies for optimization.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.

• 2–3 years of proven experience in:

✔ Paid marketing

✔ Organic marketing

✔ SEO (both on-page & off-page)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce or D2C brands.

• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma) is a plus.

• Experience with CRM or automation tools is beneficial.
