Ayur Upchar is a healthcare platform focused on making healthcare services, medicines, diagnostics, and wellness solutions more accessible through its app and franchise network.

Job Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive who can drive awareness and adoption of the Ayur Upchar App and generate business opportunities for Ayur Upchar franchisees through local marketing, camps, events, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote the Ayur Upchar App in the assigned territory.

- Conduct health camps, awareness programs, promotional events, and local activities.

- Generate leads and business opportunities for Ayur Upchar franchise outlets.

- Build relationships with local communities, doctors, organizations, corporates, RWAs, and other potential partners.

- Plan and execute offline and on-ground marketing campaigns.

- Increase app downloads, registrations, consultations, and customer engagement.

- Support franchisees in generating new customers and increasing local business.

- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential locations for camps and events.

- Coordinate promotional activities with the franchise team.

- Maintain daily/weekly reports of campaigns, leads, app downloads, and business generated.

- Achieve assigned marketing and business-development targets.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant marketing/sales experience can also apply.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable with field work and local travel.

- Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.

- Ability to organize and manage camps and promotional events.

- Experience in healthcare, pharma, wellness, FMCG, retail, or franchise marketing will be an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to work in the field may also apply.
