We are looking for a Service Coordinator cum Receptionist to join our team AUXIBLE INDIA.
Client Communication: Call and follow up with clients regarding their service requests or post-installation support.
Service Team Management: Assign tasks/projects to service technicians based on client requirements and schedules.
Project Monitoring: Track the progress of ongoing service projects and ensure timely completion.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and resolving issues promptly.
Reporting: Maintain records of service activities and provide regular updates to management.
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk.
Call Handling: Manage incoming phone calls and route them to appropriate departments or personnel.
Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as maintaining visitor logs, scheduling meetings, managing courier services, and basic office coordination.
Office opening and Closing responsibility.
