ARKCA Corporate Solutions is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads by calling potential customers from the database and handling after-sales service when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads from the provided database.

• Explain the company’s products/services and persuade customers to show interest.

• Maintain a strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Provide after-sales support to customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-2 years in telemarketing, sales, or customer service and FRESHERS with relevant skills.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Skills Required:

• Strong communication and persuasive skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

• Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude.
