Position: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Marketing Executive to support our sales and branding activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in industrial automation, networking products, and B2B marketing. This role will involve generating leads, promoting company products, coordinating marketing activities, and supporting the business development team.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Lead Generation

• Identify new customers and industries within the Industrial automation & retail sector.

• Generate qualified leads through online research, marketing campaigns, industry portals, and networking.

• Contact potential clients via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and visits (when required).

• Maintain and update customer databases and lead pipelines.

Product Promotion & Branding

• Promote company products such as Gateways, Industrial Routers, Ethernet Switches, RFID solutions, VFD/PLC panels, Servo systems, and Automation products.

• Support marketing content creation (product brochures, LinkedIn posts, presentations).

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing activities, exhibitions, seminars, and customer demos.

Sales Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, product details, quotations, and client communication.

• Prepare professional marketing documents, proposals, and basic technical presentations.

• Provide weekly reports on leads, marketing activities, and market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics preferred).

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing/sales (industrial automation or B2B preferred).

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of automation products (PLC, VFD, Servo, HMI, Networking, RFID) is an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently with a proactive and positive attitude.

• Proficiency in MS Office, LinkedIn, and online research tools.
