Hiring: Loan Lead Generation / Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for Loan Lead Generation and Field Sales.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads for Personal Loans, Home Loans, Business Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

- Visit local shops, businesses, offices and potential customers to generate loan enquiries.

- Explain loan products and basic eligibility criteria to customers.

- Collect customer enquiry details and coordinate with the Relationship Manager.

- Follow up with potential customers and maintain daily lead reports.

- Develop customer and referral networks in the assigned area.

Requirements

- Good communication skills.

- Interest in field sales and customer interaction.

- Freshers are welcome; finance or sales experience is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel locally around Nagole and nearby areas.

- Two-wheeler is an advantage.
