Key Responsibilities
• Achieve enrolment targets for institute programmes.
• Conduct data calls for lead generation and provide effective career counselling.
• Manage telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with timely follow-ups.
• Oversee and close the entire admission process, ensuring smooth on boarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational private tutors, and consultants for collaborations and tie-ups.
• Organise and conduct impactful seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
• Represent and promote the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and other academic/industry events.
• Prepare detailed post-event reports, including market analysis, competitor insights, and recommendations for growth strategies.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Manag ement, Education, or related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience in admissions, sales, business development, or the education sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM tools for data management & reporting.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel for school/college visits, tie-ups, and events.
• Goal-orientated mind set with proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
