Marketing Coordinator

Founded in 1993, Dairy Craft India is an established manufacturer of cheese and value-added dairy products, serving customers across food service, retail and food manufacturing. About the Role Dairy Craft is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing and brand projects from brief to completion. The role will work closely with the leadership and brand agencies, vendors and internal teams to keep projects organized, accurate and consistent with Dairy Craft’s brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate briefs, timelines, inputs, approvals and delivery across Dairy Craft, brand partners, website partners, designers, printers, exhibition contractors and other marketing vendors; maintain clear project trackers and organized files.

• Coordinate website development and updates with the website partner, including company and product information, copy, photographs, review rounds, testing and approved changes.

• Coordinate brochures, company profiles, product information, presentations and other sales or brand materials; gather and verify inputs with Sales, Quality, Operations, HR and other relevant teams.

• Coordinate exhibition and stall requirements, including design briefs, artwork, vendor timelines, production, printed materials and on-site support; track open items through event completion.

• Coordinate photography, video, digital content and other marketing projects; monitor quotations, deliverables, timelines and budgets, and flag delays or decisions early.

• Proofread materials for clarity, completeness, brand consistency and factual accuracy, and route technical, commercial or other approvals to the relevant owner.

• Travel for vendor meetings, shoots and exhibitions as required.
