We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager to join our team of MM Spares Global to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of 25000-35000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Collect market data and competitor insights
Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
Negotiating contracts
Building customer loyalty.
Implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth.
Tracking sales activity.
Customer relationship management – relationship building, public relations, client satisfaction, follow-up of orders and deliveries, and problem-solving.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is post graduation and Experience Range of 4 years +. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
