Junior Marketing Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. The selected candidate will work closely with the marketing team to support various initiatives and gain hands-on industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Support social media management including content creation, scheduling, and engagement

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Help create marketing materials such as blogs, emails, and presentations

• Assist in organizing promotional activities and campaigns

• Track and report marketing performance metrics

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales and design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or pursuing final year) in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

• Creative mindset with willingness to learn

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace

• Knowledge of Canva or SEO basics will be an added advantage
