About the Role

Mind Bridge Academy is looking for passionate and result-oriented Growth Partners who can help expand our presence across Schools, Colleges, Corporates, Hospitals, Retail Organizations, and Training Institutions.

As a Growth Partner, your primary responsibility is to identify opportunities, build relationships, generate leads, schedule meetings, and support business growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking skills, entrepreneurial mindset, sales aptitude, and local market connections.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify potential clients and partnership opportunities.

• Generate qualified leads from Schools, Colleges, Corporates, Hospitals, and Businesses.

• Schedule meetings, presentations, demos, and orientation programs.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Support proposal discussions and follow-up activities.

Market Expansion

• Create local awareness about Mind Bridge Academy programs.

• Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships.

• Participate in networking events and community engagement activities.

• Explore new business opportunities in assigned territories.

Client Coordination

• Understand client requirements.

• Coordinate with the Mind Bridge Academy team for proposals and presentations.

• Assist in converting prospects into confirmed projects.

Preferred Profile

• Graduates / Postgraduates

• 0-5 years Experience

• Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Training, HR, Education, or Entrepreneurial background

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently

Compensation Structure

• Generate ₹1,00,000 Business Value → Earn ₹5,000 Incentive

• Generate ₹2,00,000 Business Value → Earn ₹12,000 Incentive

• Generate ₹3,00,000 Business Value → Earn ₹21,000 Incentive

• Generate ₹4,00,000 Business Value → Earn ₹32,000 Incentive

• Generate ₹5,00,000 Business Value → Earn ₹50,000 Incentive

Additional Benefits

• Conveyance reimbursement 3/- per kilometer.

• Actual travel expenses (Uber/Ola/Local Travel) reimbursable as per company policy for approved assignments.
