Growth Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Growth Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting companies, identifying business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and promoting our food and beverage products. This is a field-based role that requires regular travel to client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments to identify food and beverage requirements.

• Generate new business leads and build strong client relationships.

• Meet procurement, administration, or HR teams to understand their requirements.

• Present the company's products and services professionally.

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status.
  

  Eligibility

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/business development are welcome.

  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is an advantage.
