Job Title: Field Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Field Marketing Manager to handle end-to-end field marketing and business development activities in the healthcare sector. This is an individual contributor role involving regular hospital visits and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions daily
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities
Build strong relationships with doctors and hospital management
Promote company services and close deals independently
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for requirements
Maintain daily reports of visits, meetings, and closures
Travel across different states as required

Requirements

Male candidates preferred (due to extensive travel requirements)
Graduate in any field
Willing to travel extensively

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on interview)
Travel allowance: Provided
Meals & all field expenses: Fully covered by the company

Working Details
