Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Email Marketing Executive to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract and collect relevant customer/lead data from different online platforms and sources.

• Perform data mining, data research, data cleaning, filtering, and categorization.

• Maintain and update databases/lead lists in CRM systems.

• Import and manage bulk contact data in CRM and email marketing platforms.

• Execute bulk email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.

• Coordinate/connect CRM data with email marketing platforms and manage contact synchronization.

• Prepare email lists based on specific criteria such as industry, location, customer type, etc.

• Schedule and send bulk email campaigns and follow-up emails.

• Track campaign performance including delivered emails, open rate, click rate, responses, bounces, unsubscribes, active/inactive contacts, etc.

• Monitor email delivery and identify bounced, inactive, or invalid email addresses.

• Track responses received from campaigns and coordinate/respond to relevant queries or leads.

• Maintain accurate records of campaign data and lead responses.

• Prepare regular reports on email campaign performance and database status.

• Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and proper organization of contact databases.

• Follow email marketing and data management best practices

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
