Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Manager to join the SS Education Foundation NGO team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to expand the reach of our educational programs, initiatives, and social causes. You will design and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns to communicate our mission to the public, donors, and volunteers, thereby enhancing the NGO's visibility and overall social impact.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 01 to 10years of proven experience in marketing, social media management, or the NGO/non-profit sector.
Job Timing: 10:00am To 6:00pm
Gender: Male/Female
Salary Range: 20K - 50K
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy: Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the NGO's educational projects and social events in college, university, coaching centres etc.
Brand & Mission Positioning: Communicate the vision, core values, and community work of SS Education Foundation effectively through the website, social media, and press releases.
Donor & Volunteer Engagement: Run targeted outreach campaigns to attract new donors and volunteers, while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing ones.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, graphic designers, and video creators to develop high-quality marketing materials (brochures, banners, and promotional vlogs).
Skills
Strong storytelling abilities, exceptional communication skills, and creative writing expertise. A solid understanding of social media trends and basic performance analytics.
Core Values: A genuine passion for education, community development, and driving positive social change. There should be knowledge about going to college or coaching and running a campaign.
