Ecommerce Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Platform Operations & Hygiene: Conduct daily and monthly operational checks across online aggregator platforms. Manage listing setups and search indexing while executing regular Google listing audits to maintain pristine digital hygiene.

• Outlet Onboarding & Expansion: Seamlessly onboard new retail outlets onto Google Business Profile and various online aggregator networks.

• Agency & Aggregator Partnerships: Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for online aggregators and external marketing agencies, collaborating closely to curate and execute robust monthly marketing initiatives.

• Financial & Budget Accountability: Ensure allocated marketing budgets are deployed and spent strictly according to plan, tracking efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Data Analytics & MIS Reporting: Track monthly revenue, orders, and marketing performance at the individual outlet level. Compile and submit detailed monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, and deliver daily sales data directly to the management team.

• Forecasting & Strategy: Formulate and present data-backed revenue and performance projections for upcoming months to guide business growth.

• Competitor Insights: Maintain a pulse on the food and bakery market by staying updated on competitor activity and conducting regular structural analysis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Food Industry. Proven experience managing e-commerce sales, digital storefronts, or food-tech aggregator platforms (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy) for multi-outlet retail or F&B brands.
