Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Title: Jewellery E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive (Lab-Grown Diamond)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented candidate to manage our lab-grown diamond jewellery business operations online. The role includes handling website management, product listings, social media accounts, and SEO activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update jewellery website (products, pricing, descriptions, images)

Create and optimize product listings (Etsy / website / marketplaces)

Handle social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Plan and post regular content (images, reels, promotions)

Perform Google SEO (on-page & off-page optimization)

Keyword research and ranking improvement

Basic knowledge of digital marketing and analytics

Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

Experience in e-commerce (preferably jewellery or fashion)

Knowledge of lab-grown diamond jewellery (basic understanding preferred)

Strong SEO knowledge (Google SEO, keywords, ranking)

Social media handling experience

Basic graphic/content sense

Good communication skills

Bonus Skills:

Etsy/Amazon listing experience

Canva / Photoshop basic knowledge

Ads knowledge (Google Ads / Meta Ads)

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible)

Experience Required: 6 months – 2 years (preferred)
