E-commerce Account Manager – Role & Responsibilities
Role
The E-commerce Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing seller accounts across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra. The role involves handling day-to-day account operations, improving sales performance, resolving marketplace issues, and maintaining strong account health.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of seller accounts.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings.
- Perform product listing SEO, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords.
- Monitor orders, returns, cancellations, and inventory.
- Monitor seller account health and resolve performance issues.
- Manage and optimize marketplace PPC/advertising campaigns.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, and product performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility.
- Handle category, brand, and product approvals.
- Raise and manage cases with marketplace support teams.
- Identify and resolve listing, catalog, pricing, and account-related issues.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular account updates
