We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive who can manage online marketplace operations for our textile products. The candidate should have experience handling seller panels and day-to-day operations on platforms like Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
Responsibilities
Manage product catalog listing and updates on marketplaces
Handle order processing and shipment tracking
Manage inventory and stock updates
Handle returns, cancellations, and RTO cases
Monitor sales performance and product visibility
Coordinate with warehouse for packing and dispatch
Optimize listings with proper titles, images, and descriptions
Requirements
1–3 years experience in e-commerce marketplace operations
Experience working with Flipkart, Meesho, or Myntra seller panels
Basic knowledge of Excel and product cataloging
Experience in textile / fashion category preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
