Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and proactive E-commerce Account Manager who can handle our online sales channels including eBay, Alibaba, and our website. The ideal candidate should also have basic product photography skills and a strong understanding of online selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings on eBay, Alibaba & website

• Upload new products with proper titles, descriptions & SEO keywords

• Handle daily order processing, inquiries & customer messages

• Coordinate with team for inventory & order dispatch

• Improve product visibility and sales performance

• product photography & editing for listings and social media

• Maintain account health, ratings & performance metrics

• Research competitors & market trends

Requirements:

• Experience in handling eBay / Alibaba / Shopify or similar platforms

• Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings

• Good communication skills (English + Hindi)

• Basic photography & editing skills

• Self-driven & responsible attitude

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in jewelry or fashion industry

• Knowledge of ads (eBay ads / Alibaba ads)

• Canva / Photoshop basic understanding
