We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Executive/Manager to oversee and manage our online business operations across multiple e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketplace management, digital sales strategies, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and handle end-to-end operations of e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

Optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility and conversions

Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase revenue

Handle inventory management, pricing strategies, and order fulfillment coordination

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries, returns, and feedback

Coordinate with marketing and creative teams for banners, ads, and product content

Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms

Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and product ranking strategies

Familiarity with seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Ability to work independently and meet targets
