We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Sakshi Enterprises to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35000 - ₹45000 and growth opportunities in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho account management
Product listing & bulk listing
Catalog creation and management
Product content, pricing and inventory updates
Order processing & order management
Manage marketplace claims & reimbursement
Run and manage marketplace ads/campaigns
Monitor ad performance, sales and ROI
Handle returns, cancellations & refunds
Manage promotions, offers and pricing
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse
Track sales, orders, returns and overall account performance
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 5 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
