We are looking for a smart and experienced E-commerce Account Manager to handle and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, sales performance, advertising campaigns, order processing, and customer coordination on platforms like Amazon India, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Create and optimize product listings with proper titles, keywords, and descriptions
Handle product uploads, inventory management, and pricing updates
Run and monitor sponsored ads and promotional campaigns
Track daily sales, returns, and account performance
Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and customer support teams
Resolve account-related issues, claims, and marketplace queries
Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to increase online sales
Maintain marketplace account health and performance metrics
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
Understanding of sponsored ads and online sales strategies
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks
