Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Handle complete marketplace operations, including catalog, orders, inventory, pricing, returns, and account health.
Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, returns, cancellations, and other key metrics.
Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, and advertising campaigns.
Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, ranking, and sales.
Resolve marketplace-related issues, seller panel errors, account health concerns, and operational problems.
Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, catalog, dispatch, and order-related requirements.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Track competitors, pricing, product trends, and marketplace developments.
Ensure timely execution of all marketplace activities and maintain account performance standards.
Develop strategies to achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
