Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a E-Commerce Manager cum account assistant to manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, prepare client quotations and invoices, and handle order processing efficiently. The candidate should have good accounting knowledge, strong coordination skills, and experience in managing online sales platforms. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete ecommerce sales operations on online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Healthmug, Tata 1MG, Meesho etc.

• Prepare Quotations, Invoices for clients.

• Generate bills and maintain records in MARG software.

• Ensure proper documentation and accurate data entry.

• Process and monitor customer orders, returns, and dispatches.

• Update product listings, pricing, and stock availability.

• Prepare and send quotations to clients as per requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Good Knowledge of E-Commerce Platforms, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
