Job Description:

NYKO MART is looking for a dedicated and experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online business on Etsy.com, Amazon.com, and eBay.com. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketplace operations and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings on Etsy, Amazon, and eBay

• Create, optimize, and update product listings (title, description, images, keywords)

• Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates

• Respond to customer messages, queries, and return/refund cases professionally

• Manage inventory and stock updates

• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required

• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance

• Assist in promotions, offers, and sales campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay marketplaces

• Good knowledge of product listing and order management

• Basic understanding of SEO for ecommerce listings

• Strong communication skills in English

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
