Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Aseelo Ventures to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 22,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee Aseelo's online marketplace accounts including Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, Ajio and other relevant platforms.
• Handle complete product listings, catalog creation, content updates, pricing, and product optimization.
• Monitor inventory levels across all platforms and ensure accurate stock management.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to maintain stock availability and timely order fulfillment.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and prepare detailed sales reports.
• Reconcile marketplace payments and generate payment settlement reports.
• Monitor returns, cancellations, refunds, and customer complaints; ensure timely resolution.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and platform-specific sales events.
• Analyze marketplace performance, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Optimize product visibility through keyword management and marketplace advertising tools.
• Maintain account health metrics and ensure compliance with platform policies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
