About Us

Lovemi Moments is a fast-growing fashion jewelry and accessories brand selling across leading e-commerce marketplaces. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager who can manage marketplace operations, create high-quality product content, execute marketing campaigns, and support day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings across e-commerce marketplaces.

• Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and A+ Content.

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.

• Monitor listing performance and implement SEO best practices.

• Generate AI-powered content, product images, and marketing materials using AI tools.

• Prepare GST reports and maintain sales-related records in Excel.

• Coordinate order processing, shipment packing, and dispatch.

• Maintain inventory and ensure products remain in stock.

• Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.

• Coordinate with marketplace support teams to resolve listing and operational issues.

• Ensure product information, pricing, and promotions remain accurate across all platforms.

Required Skills

• Experience managing Amazon, Myntra, Meesho, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces.

• Strong knowledge of product listing optimization and marketplace SEO.

• Experience creating A+ Content and product marketing materials.

• Good understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT and image generation tools for content creation.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Basic understanding of GST reporting and invoicing.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
