Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, pricing and inventory.

Manage orders, cancellations, returns and refunds.

Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.

Monitor marketplace performance and sales.

Handle customer queries related to online orders.

Maintain accurate sales, order and inventory records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.

Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Support online promotions, offers and product campaigns.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to learn and grow in the e-commerce industry.
