Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to handle and grow our presence across major online marketplaces. The candidate should be capable of managing multiple platforms and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

1) Manage E-commerce accounts on Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra and Snapdeal

2) Handle product listings, cataloging, and content optimization

3) Monitor inventory and coordinate stock updates

4) Process orders, returns, and customer queries efficiently

5) Track sales performance and generate reports

6) Plan and execute offers, discounts, and promotional campaigns

7) Ensure timely updates of pricing, stock, and product information

Requirements:-

1) Minimum 1 years of experience in E-commerce handling

2) Hands-on experience with Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, or Snapdeal

3) Basic knowledge of product listing, order management, and inventory control

4) Good computer skills (Excel, email communication)

5) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:-

1) Knowledge of marketplace ads and promotions

2) Ability to analyze sales data and improve performance
