About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho. If you enjoy data, online selling, and problem-solving, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accounts

Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

Monitor sales performance, inventory, ratings, and account health

Plan and execute Amazon Ads, deals, and promotional campaigns

Handle listing issues, account warnings, suspensions, and support tickets

Analyse reports and suggest strategies to increase sales & visibility

Coordinate with internal teams (ads, logistics, catalog, support)

Ensure 100% compliance with Amazon policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Business / Marketing / Commerce / Management

Basic to good understanding of Amazon marketplace & Seller Central

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

Good communication skills (written & verbal)

Ability to handle multiple accounts and deadlines

Detail-oriented with a growth mindset

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Deals)

Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketplaces

MBA or certification in Digital Marketing / E-commerce
