Ecommerce Account Manager – Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Ecommerce Account Manager to handle daily operations of online marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings and catalog updates

• Handle orders, inventory & stock management

• Monitor ads and promotional campaigns

• Track sales, returns, and account health

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team

• Solve marketplace issues and support tickets

• Improve product ranking and sales performance

• Generate daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart or other ecommerce platforms

• Good communication and computer skills

• Knowledge of Excel preferred

• Ability to manage multiple tasks

• Experience in ecommerce field is a plus
