We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow the company’s online marketplace accounts. The candidate will be responsible for account management, sales growth, product listings, promotions, inventory coordination, order management, and marketplace performance across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and the company’s own website.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplace accounts.

• Develop strategies to increase online sales, revenue, and profitability.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and product specifications.

• Monitor marketplace performance, sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

• Plan and execute marketplace promotions, offers, deals, and advertising campaigns.

• Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely order processing.

• Monitor stock levels and avoid out-of-stock situations.

• Track orders, cancellations, returns, replacements, and customer complaints.

• Monitor account health, seller ratings, product ratings, and marketplace policies.

• Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and other key metrics.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly e-commerce performance reports.
