Roles & Responsibilities

· Manage and update product listings on the company website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

· Upload product images, descriptions, prices, and inventory details.

· Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse to avoid out-of-stock issues.

· Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.

· Ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery coordination.

· Optimize product listings using SEO keywords to improve visibility and sales.

· Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.

· Monitor website performance, sales reports, and customer behavior using analytics tools.

· Coordinate with the digital marketing team for website traffic and conversion optimization.

· Resolve customer queries related to online orders through email, chat, or phone.

· Regularly check competitor pricing, products, and market trends.

· Ensure a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience on the website.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub (preferred).

· Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.

· Strong MS Excel skills for reporting and inventory management.

· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
