Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, and customer support. The candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and good communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.
Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and stock updates.
Process daily online orders and coordinate dispatch activities.
Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth deliveries.
Monitor marketplace performance and sales reports.
Maintain records of inventory and online sales data.
Ensure timely updates of offers, discounts, and promotions.
Basic knowledge of Excel and online portals is preferred.
