Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ecommerce operations across online marketplaces and website.

• Product listing, catalog management, pricing updates, and product uploads.

• Process customer orders and coordinate dispatch with warehouse/logistics team.

• Handle product packaging as per company standards before dispatch.

• Ensure proper labeling, invoice attachment, and courier packaging.

• Monitor inventory stock and maintain product availability.

• Handle order tracking, returns, refunds, and exchange processes.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely shipment.

• Maintain packaging material stock and quality check before dispatch.

• Monitor marketplace performance and customer reviews.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra)

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel & Email handling).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
